From Sally the Cat Publishing
Recognized as the "people beneath the waves" by the Lummi Nation, the Southern Resident orca are listed as endangered by the National Marine Fisheries Services under the Endangered Species Act. Generations of people were incorrectly taught about the orca from greedy businesses that stole them from their pod and their ocean habitat simply to exploit them for financial purposes. We owe it to the orca to teach our children correct information about this very family orientated animal.
This is the story and adventure of bubble-blowing Shnubble, a young Southern Resident orca of the J pod, as he encounters a mysterious creature... a human being.
