We moved from one cozy corner to another in February 2020! Read about it here.

News, news, news!

We publish a newsletter approximately every 3 weeks that features upcoming events, promotions, recommended readings, and other important announcements.

Here are some of our previous & upcoming programs:

Where’s Waldo?

For several years now our bookstore has participated in LCF’s Where’s Waldo? Event. This exciting event is our most popular annual program! It’s a chance for students and families to support local businesses through a fun game of searching for Waldo, and this year we had over 25 businesses join in on the fun!

Author Panel Event

On July 14th, 2024, we had one of our ongoing author panel events featuring authors Ann Bernath, Chick Lewis, and Jemela Macer. Our lovely authors shared about their career journeys and discussed each of their books with the audience.

Shopping Indie

This campaign was started to counter Amazon Prime Days and to celebrate the spirit of community and the excellence of independent bookstores during the Summer Olympics. Indie bookstores year after year earn gold medals in personal book recommendations, community support, local job creation, building relationships, and championing debut and diverse authors!

Monthly Themes

Every month, there are a handful of national book-themed days! On August 17, 2024, indie bookstores across the country will celebrate and promote romance fiction novels. You can read more about it here: Bookstore Romance Day.
