Christopher B. Husberg was born in Alaska. He received his MFA at Brigham Young University, where he studied with best-selling author Brandon Sanderson. His debut novel and Book 1 of the Chaos Queen Quintet, Duskfall , was a 2017 Gemmel Award nominee. Book 2, Dark Immolation, has been described as a “dark fantasy of the highest order.” He lives with his wife and daughter in Lehi, Utah.
