From The Great Resignation to Quiet Quitting to The Great Breakup to Loud Layoffs, organizations of all types and sizes are trying to make sense of and adapt to “the new normal” following Covid’s complete disruption of work as we knew it. It is clear that past approaches and mindsets are ineffective in today’s work environment. The human side of business is now taking center stage for developing organizational agility, flexibility, resilience, and overall excellence. So-called “soft skills” are now known as “power skills” and are becoming part of a leader’s expected core competencies.

Ennobling Business for Success – an International Bestseller in nine countries and #1 Bestseller in 29 categories – provides a blueprint for organizations to understand and flip the script on disruption, positioning their teams to discover already-existing assets and strengths, to design paths toward organizational excellence at all levels, and to deliver in a way that engages and benefits all stakeholders (not just shareholders) of the enterprise.

The insights and lived experiences of 14 international professionals and authors are featured in Ennobling Business for Success. Each one brings a unique perspective and set of “golden nuggets” that can Inspire, Ignite, and Influence leaders, managers, and individuals at all levels to create workplaces where people want to stay, instead of wanting to leave.

"Individually we are one drop, but together we are an ocean,” a quote from this magnificent anthology best summarized the powerful and effective business strategies weaved together cohesively by this incredible team of authors. I would recommend this inspiring book to anyone seeking new, effective blueprints to establish their business, or to move forward with one in a post-pandemic world.” online review
